Dear Kleinrock Orthodontics Patients and Friends,
In order to help flatten the curve and to ensure the safety of our patients, our team, and the community at large during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to voluntarily suspend services for a two week period with a goal of re-opening on March 30th.
What does this mean for you:
- We will still be open and available for emergencies, with the most stringent health safeguards in place. Please call us at (516) 845-9668 if such an emergency arises.
- Dr. Kleinrock is available on his cell or FaceTime to address any concerns you may have. Do not hesitate to reach out – we’re here for you. You can reach him at: (516) 721-8291.
- We will implement curbside pick-up for additional aligners. Call us to schedule.
- We will reach out shortly, if you have an upcoming appointment, to discuss the best option for you and your family.
Please know that we remain committed to the importance of your healthcare, comfort and safety. We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) updates, and will communicate further based on the expert advice of government departments, public health authorities and healthcare professionals.
We hope this decision will help stem the spread, and we look forward to continuing to make you smile!
Stay safe and healthy,
Dr. Seth Kleinrock
